RetainCare (“we,” “us”) operates retaincare.com, a marketing website for an early-stage behavioral-health patient-retention platform. This policy describes what information this website collects and how it is used. It applies to the public website only — not to any future RetainCare product.
What we collect and why
When you submit the assessment request form, we collect business contact information: your name, work email, clinic or organization name, role, optional phone number, and the operational details you choose to share (such as your primary challenge, approximate provider count, current software, and scheduling preferences).
We use this information to:
- Respond to your assessment request and schedule conversations
- Prepare for and follow up on those conversations
- Evaluate potential design and pilot partnerships
Form submissions are delivered to RetainCare by email so we can respond to your inquiry. This website does not store form submissions in a database, and we do not sell your information.
Do not submit patient information
This website is for business inquiries only. Please do not submit patient information, medical records, diagnoses, insurance information, or any other protected health information through this website or by email in response to our communications. The website does not request patient information, and it is not intended to receive it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising cookies. If we enable privacy-respecting analytics, it will be used to understand aggregate site usage (such as page views and button clicks) so we can improve the site. If an analytics provider that requires consent is ever configured, we will show an appropriate cookie notice. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) for security and reliability.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, and to maintain a record of business conversations. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
